Kick Off 3.00pm
Admission Prices: Adults £10, Concessions £5, Under 16's £2

Bury Town will be up for the FA Cup when Wingate & Finchley visit Ram Meadow today for a match in the 2nd Qualifying Round of the world's most famous competition.

The Blues defeated Canvey Island in the last round, and manager Richard Wilkins will be looking for a similar performance from his side this afternoon. Wingate were foreced into a replay in the last round against Evo-Stik Southern League side Royston Town, and had to come from behind to progress.

Bury's record at Ram Meadow in the FA Cup is very strong, with the Blues having not lost a match at home in the competition since 2006, when Wisbech Town won 2-0. Since that time, Blues have defeated teams such as Chelmsford City, Basingstoke Town, and been involved in epic ties with Bedford Town and Staines Town in recent years.

Bury Town have met Wingate & Finchley in the FA Cup before, in the 2003-04 season when Wingate won 3-2 at the Abrahams Stadium in the 1st Qualifying Round after a 2-0 victory at Romford in the previous round. At the time, Wingate were a division above the Blues, but now both sides go into this tie as members of the same division.

The action all starts at Ram Meadow at 3.00pm, don't miss it!
